What is the best way to relieve ailing back pain?
Tylenol and other over-the-counter medicines don’t work. Are there any more remedies for back pain? thanks

Pregnant and need to relieve HIP PAIN during sleep?
I’m 9 months pregnant and have recently been unable to sleep through the night. I toss from one side to the other, but my hips hurt. I use lots of pillow support all around. Can I use icy/hot cream? or should I use Tylenol? . . . suggestions?
