I work as a waitress and I’m on my feet all day. Lately, I’ve been experiencing lower back and foot pain and I feel that it has something to do with my shoes and pressure on my feet. Help?

I have flat feet, which results in back/foot/leg pain and fatigue after standing still for long periods of time. I do have orthotic inserts for my shoes, but that doesn’t stop the pain.
