How can I manually deflate a Mustang power lumbar support?

The lumbar support in a 2005 Mustang will not deflate. It was inflated completely and the driver held the inflate button down until a series of "clicks" were heard. Now, when pressing the switch either way, the motor can be heard spinning, but nothing happens.
