So I don’t want to buy a new chair. Is there a good chair pillow you reccomend? I tried sitting on a regular pillow, even one of the memory foam ones, but its too much. I need one that’s JUST RIGHT. I think it will help my back if I get a good one.

Have a herniation so need to have an arch at night, when sleeping. but because of the summer heat he sweats.. know of a back support pillow (memory foam?) that would be cooler than a regular pillow, yet still provide support?
