Ok so I have epilepsy, and migraines. I have had 2 MRI’s and am scheduled for a 3rd. I have continued to have daily headaches with several migraines a week. I am spending more and more time in my dark room. I have tried quite a few meds for it they are not really helping. that’s the reason for the 3rd MRI. I have 4 lesions in my white brain matter that was found in the first MRI. They thought I had MS I had the lumbar puncture I’m cleared of that. I have a new symptom I’ve always had motion sickness,but this is different. I can be standing or sitting in a chair and all the sudden the world just seems to tip and or I feel like I’m on a roller coaster. It’s increasing in intensity to where I get nauseous.My neuro dr said they are aura’s.Why are they getting worse? My doctor says he isn’t giving up on me yet but doesn’t know whats wrong yet. Does anybody have any clues? Am I just going to suffer with them getting worse for the rest of my life? I’m 28 it started about 3 years ago. I feel like I’m in a mystery diagnosis episode.
Does anybody think that the "lesions" could be something else? they look like 4 small marbles on the MRI

MRI’s of my brain showed lesions but it was assumed these were actually interference from the braces on my teeth. The braces have come off, new MRI’s were done and more lesions were found. So , I was sent for a lumbar puncture to check for MS. Most everything was normal on the results except for:
Neutrophils 23 (normal 0-2)
Lymphocytes 51 (normal 63 -99)
RBC 99 (normal 0-5)

I don’t fell sick, no colds or infections. I am just in pain all of the time. I do have issues with memory loss, balance, fatigue, numbness and tingling, etc.

Any ideas what these results might point to?
