Demonstration of the curl-up exercise for lumbar stabilization. This exercise focuses improving endurance in the abdominal muscles to improve lumbar stabilization. This exercise is one of McGill’s “big three” exercises for low back pain.
3 exercises that target the lumbar region or lower back. If your normal ab routine isn’t giving you result, and you want to be able to do more difficult ab exercises, this is perfect for you. Make sure you do a good warm up and stretch before and after the routine.
