I’m looking to get a Ergonomic chair for my computer desk and all the ones i have seen the arm supports aren’t connected to the back support, and i want a chair that i can lean back on. Before making this adjustment you shouldbe seated with your back in the pocket of thechair back. Then adjust PostureFit so that itcomfortably supports the natural alignmentof your spine and provides lower back comfort.
Normally, forward tilt position is used with increased chair height. This relaxes the bend of your waist, knees, and ankles. To support back, set tilt limiter after assuming forward position.
