Where is my lumbar spine?

I’ve bought a chair that has a a lumbar height and depth support. however I’m unsure as where to set it as there seems to be quite a range to the adjustments.

help please?

    The waist line of your body or the waist belt should supported by the chair , that level is known as lumbar area.

    lumber region is in your lower back, = lower spine

    The lumbar spine is the last 5 bones above your hips. So to position your rest properly, you should feel your spine where your hips are, and measure approximately 5-6 inches up and that is where your lumbar spine starts.

    your lumbar spine is the part of the spine that curves inwards on the lower back! it not that long- only 5 vertebrae.

    If you put your hands on your hips and find the top of you hips and draw a line onto your spine that should be L3 and L4 this is your lumber spine there is 5 vertebra’s its basically where there curve in your lower back is
