What to do for chronic lower back pain (5 months post-partum)?

The pain seems to radiate from sacrum to the whole lower back. I know I need to strengthen my abs and will be starting a pilates class soon. Any other advice! Should I be wearing a back support?

    You may want to check with your physic an first. You had need a physical therapy evaluation.Physical therapy can get you headed in the right direction for the type of exercises that you need to do.. I got tremendous relieve when I knew for sure what to do.
