    I then found on Youtube a wrestler’s backbrdiging exercise where you arch as high as possible always trying to get the nose as close to the floor as possible and holding that position. This reduced my pain to less than 1/10. Backbridging may have been all I needed. Creating traction by holding myself up on the edge of a counter and suspending my lower body was also very effective.

    I had a subluxation in my lower spine from lifting weights incorrectly for years. 100 chiropractor appts.reduced my pain level down to 2/10 from 8/10. I then went to a physical therapist for a few meetings. He simply pressed down on the injured spot which lowered the pain to 1/10. His recommended exercises didn’t seem to make any difference.

    According to a study in the 90′s, almost 2/3 of the population have disc bulges, herniations, etc. Most have no symptoms at all.

    I have the problem where I get a pain when I bend over or I sit wrong. I messed up my back doing squats. I’ve had this problem over a year

    @ES7upyours About six months ago.Its getting much better ive been icing it every hour for 15 mins ive also been bouncing on a fitball for 10 mins a day and ive been swimming and lifting and doing a lot of core workouts.All in all ive just been making sure i dont cause any pain to it.And it is getting better, just slowly!
