Lumbar Back Support

Apr 19th, 2010 Episode – 064 New Doctor, New Hope? Here’s the low down… My new doctor suspects I have either pinched nerves or herniations in both my mid-back and neck. He’s also wants me to wear a back brace to support my lower back (lumbar) until we can better treat it as well. I’m soooo tired of being in pain all the time. Although this doctor does discourage me with the reality of my spinal issues, he also gives me hope in a new program and new treatment.
