What would be the most comfortable way to sit to alleviate lower back/lumbar pain?

My lower back i skilling me at work and i was wondering what the most comfortable way to sit is.

    In addition to the lumbar pillow, I would suggest having a stool to put your feet up once in a while to relieve the pressure from being in one position. Also, get up and stretch and move about every two hours.

    Sit up as straight as you can, that’s the only way to take the load off your lumbar region, but if you’re in that much pain, you may want to get a pillow to put behind your back in that region for support. There are chair pads that look a little more professional but do the same thing as a pillow.

    If you look for (or google) some exercises to strengthen your lumbar region, you can do these at home and get those muscles a little stronger to support the load your low back is carrying.
