I have lower back pain and its not normal for me. What do i do?

For the past week or so i have had lower back pain.
I have been crazy tired and sleeping weird hrs.
I have had cramps but no period.
My main concern is the lower back pain, this is not normal for me.
I have never had back pain before and nothing has changed in my
daily routine. Any Ideas or tips?

If it is truly lower back (vertebrae’s) and not kidney stones, etc, try laying flat on your back, either in bed or on the floor, pull your knees up, and stick a very firm pillow under your bum so the small of your back can relax and stretch that part of the spine as it slowly bends downward to the floor. That will bring relief. I have slept that way when it was bad.

The other thing is get or borrow an inversion table to hang mostly upside down to release the pressure to the vertebrae so they can reabsorb the fluid and take the pressure off the nerves .

Walking is good for the back…..and make it a point to stand straight during the day.
    hope that helps

It’s time to visit a chiropractor.

Regarding the inversion table, after having a bulging disk in the lower lumbar region of my back, I bought the Teeter inversion table. It does a great job of reducing pressure off the lower back and I noticed an improvement in the sciatic condition that I had.

I suffer from lower back problems for more then 10 years.
The only think which helped me a lot is Yoga just a few positions of yoga a day which does not take more then 3 minutes will do the trick.
    Best of luck
