How to lessen lower back pain?
I’m currently in year 12 and I’m suffering from lower back pain.
My back pain is getting to a point where it stops me from concentrating.
My problem is that I’m 1.96m (6"3) tall and the table’s and chairs aren’t designed for tall people.
Is there anything i can do that can lower the stress i put on my back each day? Or any exercises to strengthen my back?
I think ur height is the prob for u. U must be hunching ur back too much. Try sitting straight. Apply hot water pack. there are plenty of exercises for the back, but if u dont do it the right way, u’ll end up hurting ur back more.

Regarding exercises, get a copy of "Treat Your Own Back" by the world renowned Robin McKenzie. It is excellent! Don’t take my word for it – read the reviews.
