Does anyone ever feel lower back pain while playing hockey and know how to cure it?
I’ve been experiencing a lot of lower back pain while playing hockey. If anyone knows any exercises or stretches to help relieve it I’d appreciate it thanks!

Low back pain after playing hockey is most likely from your bent forward posture and core weakness. I don’t know if you can do anything about your posture during the game. Anything you can do to get into a more upright posture would help. Ask a friend to watch you play and comment on your technique. You could talk to your coach or other knowledgeable hockey person.
Exercises to strengthen your back, abs, and other core muscles will also help. Make sure that you are stretched out and warmed up good to prevent back pain from an injury or muscle strain.

Good Luck, and let me know how you are doing.

This is for all back pain for the pains are a result of pinched muscles in your back. Once they are released the pain will be gone. Here is how to release them:
Back:
Place your left hand on your left knee. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and with your fingertips find the muscle next to your spine. Press on it and hold. Relax, take a deep breath and exhale and don’t tense up any part of your body. After about 30 seconds there should be a release happening and when it does slowly lower yourself forward onto your right leg. If you can lean over the outside edge of your leg it will be better for your release. Continue holding for a total of one minute. Then release but rest your body there for one minute longer. Then reverse and do the right side.
