		<description>Great instruction! I am a pilates and TRX teacher &amp; I commend you on your knowledge! By any chance do you teach pilates, or do you do pilates? If not, you should...you would be good at it! TRX principles &amp; pilates principles are similar! Any of my pilates students who take TRX are always in excellent form &amp; alignment when doing TRX verses the student who doesn&#039;t do pilates. I highly recommed that TRX students do pilates as well for an overall efficient &amp; safe workout! </description>
