Where can I find a really good and comfortable office chair?
I’m online a lot for graphic design work and college related stuff. My current chair sucks. Its not very comfortable to sit on for hours. I’d like a chair that really supports your back and is comfortable to sit on.
Don’t buy it retail, they are way too expensive. Search the local area (yellow pages?) for used office equipment. Then go to the places in person and test out the chairs until you find one you like. Then play "let’s make a deal". I did it and got an office chair for a friend (that retails for $800) for only $150.
Go somewhere – Staples is a pretty good choice – and try out chairs. Don’t just sit down but sit for a few minutes. Bring your laptop or a book and roll up to a desk and try it all out for a minute or two. That way you will have a better idea of how it will work for you in the long run.
