How I can prevent wrist pain when writing?
I recently started working as a freelance typist home audio. I have a good backed chair and a good keyboard and the wrist pads are supposed to help alleviate wrist pain, but I still have a lot of pain after few hours to write! Is there anything else I should be doing? Does anyone know some exercises I can do to ease the pain? Thanks!
