Question for girls – I need help finding clothes to cover a back brace?
I have scoliosis so I have to wear it 23 hours a day and its a big thing, it goes up to my armpits and down passed my hips and it has straps on the back. (its a boston brace if you want to google it)
I cant find any clothes to help cover it and I just feel like crap all the time!
AMB do you find it hard to find jeans that fit aswell? What do you do with jeans?
Try flowy loose dresses. They’ll avoid seeing the brace and also wont be tight to show it. :] Ones with small sleeves rather than thin straps with avoid it being shown where your armpits are. You could also match it with jeans ifyou don’t like dresses by themselves.
You could try those loose-tops with low waistlines. I have no idea what they’re called, but I see them all the time. They hide eeeeverything.
I have that exact same thing and I have to get surgery,all I do is get one size larger of shirts and a size larger in pants and instead of getting regular I get long.
