I wear a back brace for scoliosis, can i still get my belly button peirced?
I have to wear a back brace for my scoliosis. I only wear it at night. Do you think this will interfere with me getting my navel peirced?
Its not that tight around my stomach area.. in less im like taking a deep breath.
if your brace covers you navel, then yes it will interfere but i bet there is a way to do both. for (about) the first month after you get your navel pierced and you are required to leave the ring in, you probably can’t wear your brace. after that, you can just wear your ring in the day and brace at night!
Nah, go ahead and do it! When you get it done you’ll have a very small piece of jewelry that’s hard to snag on anything.

if the brace is over the belly button area ,it may irritate the piercing
yeah, cuz your back brace tends to squeeze your belly buttons together, and you might get an infection. i suggest you wait til you’re done with your brace. thats what i’m doing!
