Can the combination of sweat and the salt in you sweat burn your skin if you are wearing a back-brace?

I work out in the sun and do a lot of heavy moving; therefore, i wear a backbrace. When i sweat, i know there is salt in my sweat, but i want to know if the friction and the salty sweat can cause burns because the area where the back-brace goes is starting to have an orange peel effect and it itches. Does anyone have a clue?

It’s not a burn but irritation from the salt in your skin. Try putting corn starch on that area before you put on the back brace. It will help sooth the irritation that’s already there and absorb the new sweat. Corn starch is Granny’s old fashioned remedy for skin irritations.
