Can anyone suggest a good posture back brace?
I have horrible posture and I am looking for a good posture back brace. I am also wondering how you know what size is right for you?
Any suggestions/advice is appreciated! 
I am not in ton of pain but my father is on his 2nd back surgery for a herniated disk and fractured vertabrae. The doctor has warned me that it could happen to me if I don’t correct my posture, thats how bad it is.
Are you in a lot of pain because of your posture? if that is the case then you can do something to get rid of the pain. If you are not in pain why would you try to change what you are? If it isn’t something that comes naturally who says it is right for you? I have seen people try to ‘fix’ themselves so they are like everybody else and end up in nothing but pain trying to do so and end up staying the same after all the pain. Just a heads up on that end of it for you. We were made different for reasons. It’s understanding that not everything about a bad thing can be bad for us that is important. If you are giving in to be like the rest I don’t think you are going to be yourself. If you have kids is that what you want them to know about life, that if you aren’t like the rest you don’t fit in?
