Anyone ever use a preg support belt like this? PIC INCLUDED and is it necessary?
I am 20 weeks and showing a little bit.. I have seen these around and am curious if this is necessary to use when further along.. does it help your back or just help so your more balanced or what exactly are they used for and are they necessary?

i know some women wear one if they have had micarriages. I’m not sure the real use of them. Also i’ve seen on mtv 16 and pregnant a girl put one on before she went fourwheeling.. I’m not sure how safe that is while pregnant but just so you know! Good luck!
They’re not necessary, otherwise what would women have done before they were invented?
They just ease back pain somewhat. I have one of the cheaper ones that just go under your belly and doesn’t have the extra band over the belly. I find wearing this while folding laundry or doing anything that requires a lot of bending helps with back pain but if I wear it too long it hurts my insides b/c it pushes my belly into my guts. The one in the picture is better quality and may not be as bad as mine though.
